The perfect PBJ

How to make the perfect PBJ, as dictated by a 3 year old.....
The ingredients;
Frozen Wheat Bread(the spongy kind),
Skippy Super Chunk Peanut Butter,
Boysenberry Jam
Milk

Supplies;
Spoon
Plate
Knife
Glass
Napkin
Chair
1 Granny
1 Rufus(the dog)

Drag the chair over to the island, get the frozen bread out, Take out two pieces, place on plate. Get Jam from Fridge. Get Peanut Butter from pantry.
Climb on chair, direct said Granny to open Peanut butter jar, hold at angle so I can watch, scoop out peanut butter with knife. Then cover every inch of bread, leaving no bread showing.
Open Jam Jar, let me smell, and scoop out a huge lump of jam with spoon, spread on other piece of bread. "Hand 'poon to me for the lickin".
Then kiss both pieces of bread(making the kiss noise) put back on plate, use knife to cut into triangles(see attached photo).
Make the granny carry it upstairs to our office, place on table turn on Sponge Bob... TADA!!! Perfect-- Spank You Granny!!

How to mend a broken heart

After a year of feeling like shit. I finally got a name put to it. Coronary Heart Disease. Months of fighting, pleading. They finally listened. I saw a Cardio Dr. 3 weeks ago, got the diagnosis, drugs and told to go home and rest. 3 days later.. told surgery is scheduled. Can't take the risk.
2 weeks later, splayed out in an operating room,  tube being snaked up and through my body. (yes it hurt like a mofo). I had a chance to experience the fine line between life and death. Every time the ballon expanded, chest pain to kill a cow. Finally after 45 minutes of expand, reset, expand, they seated the stints and fixed the 90% blockage.
Amazed I didn't have a heart attack(ok astounded) they seal me up, put me back together.. Tell me it was close, but my life as I knew it is over.. New diet. Exercise. (like duh..  what did they think kept me alive all this time. *rolls eyes*)
Basically the upshot is, ya can't choose your genes, but you can choose how you live your life.
So back to five miles a day... Thank God I can still breath, and I'm not worm food.
Ohh and BTW.. red wine can save your life... just sayin
So be good humans, love each other. Make me proud to know you.  I love you all.. -- Huggies   Colette Tuteur

How to measure your life

It has come to my attention recently; that a lifes, after all is said and done, is not measured by our deeds or accomplishments, but rather by our dreams, realized & unrealized.
Our dreams, goals and aspirations lead the way for future generations to be inspired and lead.
To judge a life buy deeds and or actions places you in the precarious position of Judge & Jury....
I find my self in the unique position of looking back over my life. I am thankful for my dreams realized and unrealized, the friends and family I have. I love you with all my heart and soul.

Thank you all, I am honored to be in your lives... Isobela Capalini/Colette Tuteur
